Opening hours sign holder / design
Q: Can I have further changes (for example, to add a logo) made to my opening hours sign?
A: Yes, we offer a client design service which allows for changes to our standard design layouts.
Q: How good is the quality of the printed opening hours sign?
Our sign design system uses vector-based graphics to create your custom layouts. This gives them a razor sharp appearance. In theory, we could print our signs at the same height as a house and it would still look brilliant - we may test this example in the near future!
Q: How easy is it to change the sign at a later date?
A: Very easy, the sign insert is separate from the holder itself. Should your details change (or if you want a new colour scheme!) You can order a replacement insert via our sign designer or if you have your own colour printer, you can request a digital PDF download.
Q: How durable is the sign mount?
A: It's very durable! It's made from 400 micron, impact-resistant clear PVC and is held in place to the window at 3 points.
Custom solutions
Q: I manage a number of different locations and would like a different opening hours sign for each shop. Can you do this for us?
A: Yes, simply create a layout using our sign designer and add it to the shopping cart. You can repeat this any number of times to make up your order. We can also prepare a quotation to include extra services, such a custom design elements.
Q: Can I place an order and have individual signs sent to separate addresses?
A: Yes, please contact us first and we can prepare a quote to your requirements.
Q: Can you offer co-branded or sponsored solutions?
A: Yes, we can arrange everything from co-branded to full-service solutions tailored to your requirements. Please contact us for further details.
International sales
Q: Can you ship orders outside of the United Kingdom?
A: We'd like to at some point, but we don't currently - we're working with our home market while we develop our products and services. However, if you have your own mounting solution and a printer, you can purchase the digital PDF layout of your sign.
